Join The Latchlink

as an IBCLC

The Latchlink is looking for exceptional IBCLCs who want to deliver deeply mom-centered care inside a high-performing, fully virtual team.

DEEPLY MOM-CENTERED CARE

We’re woman-founded, woman-funded, and mom-focused. We believe mothers are the sole authority in their feeding journeys, and our job is to serve them with exceptional clinical care, sound judgment, and zero agenda.

Our standards are high. That's intentional.

If you're looking for a team that expects a lot, cares deeply, and is serious about the quality of care we provide, we’d love to meet you.

The Role

Full-Time

100% Virtual

40 Hours/Week

Alternating Weekends & Holidays

This is a full-time, 100% virtual telehealth position supporting mothers through The Latchlink.

You’ll provide direct lactation care as part of a growing team that values clinical excellence, emotional intelligence, reliability, and the ability to put the individual mother ahead of a one-size-fits-all philosophy.

This role requires 40 hours per week and availability for alternating weekends and holidays.

We want to be transparent about our standards upfront.

Before You Apply

To move forward in the application process, you must:

  • Hold a current IBCLC certification

  • Be available for a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role

  • Be available for alternating weekends and holidays

  • Have a private, quiet workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a reliable computer

  • Be aligned with our Mom First approach to lactation care

  • Be willing to end any conflicting virtual lactation work, private virtual client work, or third-party billing arrangements if you accept a role with The Latchlink

  • Bring the judgment, emotional intelligence, and accountability required to care for mothers exceptionally well

If those requirements don’t work for you, this probably isn’t the right role.

If they make you think, “Perfect. Where do I apply?” - keep going.

CREDENTIALS MATTER.

BUT THEY'RE ONLY THE BEGINNING.

CLINICAL EXPERTISE + HUMANITY

We’re looking for IBCLCs who can combine clinical expertise with humanity.

LISTEN BEFORE DECIDING

People who can listen before deciding.

SUPPORT THE MOTHER’S CHOICE

People who can support a mother even when her choice isn’t the choice they would make themselves.

COMMUNICATE CLEARLY · TAKE FEEDBACK · PURSUE EXCELLENCE

People who communicate clearly, follow through, take feedback, and care about doing excellent work even when no one is watching.

RAISE THE STANDARD

And people who want to help us raise the standard for virtual lactation care.
